  Decide if you want to make the presentation yourself or have one of our models do it for you.
• Step 2
  Decide on the length and style of the presentation.
  
  Presentation Length: You can choose one of 8 video presentation lengths that best meets your needs and budget – 15 seconds; 30 seconds; 60 seconds; 90 seconds; 120 seconds; 180 seconds; 240 seconds or 300 seconds.
   
• Size of the Video Shot: Choose from 3 different sizes for your video presentation: A height of 325 pixels, 160 pixels or 100 pixels.
  
  Video Shot Parameters: You can choose how the presenter will appear on screen: Long Shot (where the presenter is shown fully on the screen); Medium Shot (presenter is shown from head to waist) or Head Shot (presenter is shown from head to chest).

  If presenting it yourself, get a video recorded in a green-screen equipped studio (see FAQs below for details) and send it to us.

  I have seen on some of the sites a model walking from right to left or the other way around onto the web page. Does this option cost anything extra?

  Once I place the order, how do I tell you what I want the model to wear or how to express themselves?
• 
  As a standard practice, every customer is contacted by us. We will go over garment requirements, expression and the script with you before shooting the video presentation.
• Can I do the presentation myself rather than use a model?
• Yes, Live Greeter Online offers you this option. You will need to send us your video presentation, shot in front of a green or blue screen.  You can shoot the video at home or at a local video studio.

  Do I need to use a studio? Can I record my presentation at home/in my office?
• It is advisable to either shoot in studio or use the services of a studio professional to do the setup at the location of your choice. You not only need to be taped against a green or blue screen background, it is also very important that the room lighting is even. This is because any shadow on the green background will be hard to eliminate when masking the background away during post-processing.  However, you may also be able to shoot the video at home.  Just make sure that you are standing infront of a solid background and ensure that you do not wear the same color as the background.

  What do I need to know about taping my presentation?
• Here are the important points to note:
• 1. Prepare your script in advance and practice it to ensure you can complete speaking it within the time period you have chosen.
• 2. Memorize your presentation or have cue cards prepared so you can keep them off-screen and read from them.
• 3. Find a video studio near you that has experience with green screen techniques. If you do not know of a good studio in your area, get in touch with us and we will help you find one. If you live in or around Toronto, Canada, you can always come to our studio in Mississauga, on the outskirts of Toronto.
• 4. Do not wear any clothing that has even the slightest green visible. Anything that is green, including the green screen backdrop, is made transparent in the video so it can be overlaid on top of your web page.
• 5. Once the video is shot and edited to fit within the required length of time, send it to us. We will provide you instructions on how to transfer your file over the internet, or you can mail it to us if you prefer.
• In what format should I send you the video?
• You can send us the video in any AVI format.
